Shipping & Delivery

MyMoto use Parcelforce on their 24hr service. Items are dispatched from stock from our showroom the same day if the order is received before 4pm to arrive next day. Items ordered over the weekend are dispatched on the following Monday on a next day delivery service. If an order is placed on the weekend leading up to a bank holiday will be dispatched on the Tuesday.

We hope that the products you purchase from us are perfect for your motorcycling needs. If however there is a reason that you need to return items to us there are a few steps that we can take to help.

Privacy & Security

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties

 My Moto take's your privacy seriously and does not disclose or sell your details to any third party. Any financial information is dealt with securely by either PayPal or  Barclaycard who both operate secure sysems, none of you financial informatin is stored on the My Moto website in any form.

My Moto stores your persional details such as name, address and telephone number to ensure that any information needed can be recaed promptly to make your experiece on the site faster and easier. None of thes deails are sold, lent, shared  or disclosed to anyone else.

Returns & Replacements

Faulty Items

Any items that are faulty we will arrange to have collected. We will collect these items from you by arrangement (as below) and will issue a full refund or send a replacement, if that is what you would prefer. We can only refund you by the method used to make the purchase and will process the refund as soon as the goods arrive back with us.

Please call 0113 238 3300 to arrange a collection or email is at [email protected] and we will call you back.

Unwanted Items

If an item purchased is the wrong size or just wrong for you we will issue a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase. This refund will include the cost of delivery but not the cost of returning the product to us.

If you require a different size and we are sending that to you, we can do a ‘swap out’ whereby the courier will deliver and collect at the same time. If this is what you require, please call My Moto Leeds on 0113 238 3300 and we will sort this out from our end with no cost to you.

Please note that any unwanted products returned to us must be in a resalable condition with any tags or visor film that were present intact. If this is not the case, we reserve the right to deduct an amount for wear and tear.

If you need help with any return, please let us know and we will be happy to help.

Most of our products have a 12 months manufacturer’s warranty and if a fault develops we will collect and repair within this period, again, please contact us and we will discuss how we can best help.

 

Ordering

We have teamed up with PayPal to give you options to pay for your order. There are now three choices for payment, either by using your Paypal account directly, or with Paypal processing your credit or debit card in the standard way, with full security offered by them

Paypal do offer a pay later schem which you can make use of and the site will direct you for that payment option. My Moto are also happy to help with any payment enquiry, so if you have any issues or concerns, then please give us a call in office hours on 0113 238 3300.


Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We endeavour to reproduce the products as best we can, but there are times when colours can look different to the actual produce.

Helmets often are pictured with dark visors in library images, unfortunately motorcycle helmets come with clear visors as standard, if a dark visor is required, this would be an additional product payment.

In exceptional circumstances a product may not be available in exactly the specification listed. Any such instance will be notified as soon as we can to you with the option to cancel given. If you request an alternative product and when you receive it, it is not acceptable we will allow a return and we will pay the postage to collect.

All products are supplied singularly unless stated.

Not every product is available in-store or vice versa.

We reserve the right to vary the price or specification of any product shown, but where a change has taken place, we will notify you of that change and ask if your would like to proceed with the order or cancel.

Products will not be dispatched until payment has been made in full.

Viewing Orders

You can add items to your basket whilst browsing our fantastic collection of motorcycle clothing and accessories. Your items will remain in the basket until you clear your basekt or complete your order.

By creating an account with our store, you will be able to move through the checkout process faster, store multiple shipping addresses, view and track your orders in your account and more.
