The Tech Pro jeans have a CE rating of AAA, offering the highest level of protection. Made from heavy duty Cordura denim, reinforced with aramid fibre, the jeans come with CE Level 2 knee and hip armour. Added to this are the stretch panels in the knee and seat area, along with the triple stitched nylon threading throughout, these really are a pair of hard-wearing road jeans, packed with protection.
The Cordura Nylon yarn is woven into the outer denim fabric to provide additional abrasion and tear resistance throughout the entire garment.
The aramid fibre is a heavyweight terry knit fabric placed behind the denim fabric in the seat, hips and knee areas to give additional abrasion resistance to the areas most at risk in an accident.
This construction method is expensive, but allows the jean to be AAA CE certified (the highest level) whilst still remaining lightweight and breathable.
