MY MOTO DELIVERY & RETURNS POLICY
This returns policy refers to items bought on our website or via mail order only – it does not cover items bought in our stores.
My Moto use Yodel standard next working day service for domestic UK home addresses. For business addresses, DPD standard next working day service. Most items are dispatched the same day if the order is received before 2pm to arrive next day.
Faulty Items
If an item is returned with a fault within 30 days, you may request a refund. After that time a repair or exchange will be offered. For any faulty items within that 30-day period we will arrange a pre-paid returns label for you to attach to the package and drop off at a local facility. Once arrived back to us, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement, if that is what you would prefer. We can only refund you by the method used to make the purchase and will process the refund as soon as the goods arrive back with us.
If there is a fault with the product after 30 days but within 12 months of purchase, we will offer a prompt repair service; an exchange will only be offered in that period if, due to the nature of the fault, a satisfactory repair cannot be made. The item will need to be dropped off or posted back to our My Moto Leeds store at your own cost:

Unwanted Items
If an item purchased is the wrong size or just wrong for you, we will issue a full refund, store credit or exchange within 30 days of the purchase. This refund covers the full cost of the purchased item(s), it does not include the cost of delivery or the cost of returning the product to us.
Please note that any unwanted products returned to us must be, unused, in original packaging with all tags attached, in a resaleable condition with any tags or visor film that were present intact and must include any free items that came with it. If this is not the case, we reserve the right to deduct an amount for wear and tear.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the goods to the address above with the completed returns/exchange form inside the package stating which item you would like to exchange for.
You can also exchange an item at the My Moto Leeds store only. In store exchanges are dependant on the stores stock levels.
