Product listings

We endeavour to reproduce the products as best we can, but there are times when colours can look different to the actual produce.

Helmets often are pictured with dark visors in library images, unfortunately motorcycle helmets come with clear visors as standard, if a dark visor is required, this would be an additional product payment.

 In exceptional circumstances a product may not be available in exactly the specification listed. Any such instance will be notified as soon as we can to you with the option to cancel given. If you request an alternative product and when you receive it, it is not acceptable we will allow a return and we will pay the postage to collect.

All products are supplied singularly unless stated.

Not every product is available in-store or vice versa. 

We reserve the right to vary the price or specification of any product shown, but where a change has taken place, we will notify you of that change and ask if you would like to proceed with the order or cancel. 

Products will not be dispatched until payment has been made in full. 

We reserve the right to reject your order for products 

 

Delivery


We cannot be held liable for late delivery or any consequential loss caused by late delivery or loss caused by our carriers. 

We will do our best to dispatch within one working day, a working day is any day excluding a Saturday or a Sunday. There are occasions when we need to order items from suppliers that will add a day or two to the delivery.

Please wait for 7 days before claiming non delivery as they may have been delayed.

 

Product Warranty

 

All our products are guaranteed against failure to give reasonable wear owing to defective workmanship or materials for a period of 12 months from the date of dispatch. (This does not include spares which carry a 3 months warranty).

 In the unlikely event that a product is faulty, please report the fault by email to: leeds@mymoto-uk.com or by telephone to 0113 238 3300. We will, subject to inspecting the product, offer a refund, replacement or effect a repair (whichever we think the most appropriate). A refund after a period of time may be subect to a deduction for wear and tear.  

 

Returns


Any goods sold may be returned under your statutory distance selling rights within 28 days of receipt, the wish to return must be made within 14 days of receipt of goods. We will refund you without question as long as the product is in an unused, unworn contition with any labels or visor covers, in the case of helmets, in place and intact.
